Rosemary & Thyme Restaurant is a wonderful example of Victorian elegance. The tile floor is original and so well-restored that the local historical society will not allow the floor to be covered with wall-to-wall carpeting. The furnishings are period reproductions, including the wrought-iron footed tables, reflecting the style of the Victorian period.  The beauty and splendor of Rosemary & Thyme Restaurant has held many weddings and galas and it continues to be the site of many memorable events today.
