The hotel features over 6,000 square feet of flexible event space, including five distinct event rooms designed to host weddings, banquets, corporate meetings, and private celebrations. From intimate gatherings of eight guests to grand receptions of up to 200 attendees, our versatile spaces allow you to customize the experience to fit your vision.
For larger celebrations, guests also have the unique opportunity to reserve the entire hotel, creating a fully private, exclusive event environment — perfect for weddings, reunions, and multi-day celebrations.
Each event is supported by our experienced hospitality team, known for delivering exceptional service, elegant presentation, and outstanding cuisine that consistently exceeds expectations. We offer a full-service banquet program with customizable menus, professional bartenders, and a dedicated banquet manager to oversee every detail.

The Dayton room has 748 square feet of space, and can accommodate up to 50-60 people.
Roosevelt Boardroom has 391 square feet and seats twelve as a board/meeting room.
Rosalynn Carter Tea Parlor has 661 square feet and can accommodate from 30 to 50 people.
Lindbergh Private Dining Room is located off Rosemary & Thyme Restaurant and has 259 square feet. It seats 16 as a private dining room or meeting room.
Rosemary & Thyme Restaurant's grand dining room still has its original floors, pillars, woodwork, and beautiful six bay windows overlooking downtown Americus. This room can hold up to 120 people and is ideal for wedding receptions, galas, and banquets.
